Channable is expanding overseas to Northern America

May 19, 2021

Channable is officially expanding overseas to Northern America. The expansion was initiated due to a growing demand for Channable in the America’s and a need for a low-cost DIY marketing tool. Entering the American market involves having an official US sales and marketing team and adding Amazon US, Canada and Mexico to its supported channels portfolio. The development follows yet another successful business year for Channable in the European market, including a fruitful expansion in the Spanish market.

Channable is expanding overseas to Northern America

With increasing success in the European markets and witnessing growing demand for the tool in the Americas, the Channable founders, Rob van Nuenen, Stefan Hospes and Robert Kreuzer, and team took action to make the American dream happen. The practicalities behind the expansion were arranged first. New sales and marketing employees were onboarded to provide a native and more local experience for prospective clients. The newly formed US team will work from the HQ in Utrecht, the Netherlands. However, they will work throughout the afternoon/evening, as the time difference was a key factor holding Channable back in the past. This way, Channable’s technical support will still be available for new US customers.

In addition to an American team, the tool’s offering needed to be complete for the interests of the clients. Generally, Channable’s developments are shaped and influenced by customers’ demands, wishes and needs. Therefore, connections to Amazon US, Canada and Mexico were vital for ensuring a tool worth using. eBay US and Walmart are two additional channels that will be offered within Channable to enable Northern American retailers and marketers to easily distribute their products across the web.Online retailers and marketing agencies in the United States will be able to connect to Channable using Shopify, Lightspeed, WooCommerce and Magento along with a simple CSV, XML or RSS feed upload.

Channable operates independently and this expansion is no different. In order to remain neutral, Channable resists paid partnerships and contractual business to ensure that the tool can be truly developed on only the user’s desires. The existing demand for Channable to be active in the US, propels the expansion. Channable has funded and resourced the expansion itself and has discovered the need for a low-cost DIY marketing tool in the US market.

Channable’s all-in-one tool offers direct integrations to various marketplaces, feed generation, order synchronization, paid ad creation and a Google analytics integration to eCommerce retailers and online marketing agencies across the globe. The DIY tool is a middleware for retailers and marketers to simplify and hasten the process of using various online marketing outlets. Channable strives to become the best online marketing tool that can be used by all marketers and online retailers regardless of their experience. Current customers include Randstad, Norwegian Air Shuttle, IKEA, SAMSUNG, Cotswold Outdoor, BESTSELLER, and Vodafone. Channable currently serves just under 3000 customers mostly in the Benelux, DACH, Nordics, Iberia, UK, and France.
