UTRECHT, The Netherlands, 13 May 2025 – Today, Channable announces the acquisition of Producthero, Europe's largest premium Google Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) partner. The strategic move responds to a growing challenge for marketers who manage separate tools for product feeds, marketplace listings, and shopping advertisements across platforms.

By combining forces, Channable and Producthero aim to create a comprehensive platform for brands, retailers and agencies looking to streamline their multichannel e-commerce operations.

Together, the companies will serve more than 15,000 customers globally, including brands such as IKEA, Vodafone, Rituals, MediaMarkt, Samsung, and agencies including Dentsu, GroupM, and SavvyRevenue. The combined organisation will employ more than 330 professionals across five offices in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Berlin, Aarhus, and New York.

Unlocking cost advantages and reach for retailers

The acquisition brings together two complementary products that address distinct parts of the e-commerce value chain. Producthero helps retailers improve their competitiveness in Shopping ads on Google by providing easy-to-use tools for product content optimisation, automatic product segmentation, price benchmarking and campaign insights. Its offering spans 21 European markets with a fixed monthly fee model that makes it one of the most scalable and cost-efficient solutions for multi-market advertisers.

This powerful advertising capability now joins Channable's comprehensive platform for feed management, marketplace integration across 3,000+ channels, PPC optimization, and dynamic creative capabilities, creating a more complete solution for multichannel e-commerce management.

AI roadmap

Both companies are investing heavily in AI-driven innovation. Producthero’s Products AI tool optimizes product feeds for better performance, complementing Channable’s investments in AI solutions such as Smart Attributes technology for product listings.

Together, they are developing advanced capabilities in automated product listings, performance insights, creative optimisation, and advertising automation.

This acquisition follows Channable's 2024 purchase of Danish feed management company WakeupData, strengthening its leadership in the Nordic region and accelerating its strategy to build Europe's most comprehensive multichannel e-commerce platform.
