Scottish PPC agency, ClickBoost, has been able to deliver 25% more ROAS and double the CTR for their clients’ thanks to generating PPC campaigns with Channable. Scott and Gordon had attempted to build an in-house solution. “We tried to build our own PPC software to do what Channable does and create ads from a feed. We had one of our developers working around the clock for weeks to try and build a similar solution. Even with all that work and effort, we ended up with something that was only a fraction as good as Channable.”
The ClickBoost team was introduced to Channable through its network and was instantly impressed. Scott shared, “the first thing that struck me about Channable was how easy it was to use. It took seconds to import our clients’ products into Channable. Then in just a few clicks, we could create a campaign, a bespoke ad group structure that really worked for each individual client, preview all the ad copy, and then with just one click push the ads to Google Ads.”
ClickBoost uses Channable’s PPC tool to generate ads for Google ads and Microsoft Advertising. The dynamic ad template also supports sitelinks and price extensions. In essence, Gordon’s grateful that Channable can “automate a lot of the laborious tasks, which means we can focus more on the research analysis, testing an overall strategy, and communicating with our clients, which ultimately helps us improve the bottom line.”
Gordon is a personal fan of Channable’s “time-saving aspect and the ability to increase our clients’ revenue at the click of a button. What we know from looking at our stats is that we see up to a 19% uplift in the clickthrough rate because the ads are so relevant, especially with the product-specific ads.” Scott added that “the ROAS is about 25% better than what we see across the rest of the account.”
ClickBoost is still discovering the potential of all of Channable’s functionalities. Scott shared that “one of the things we’d like to try next with Channable is how we can use it to improve companies’ performance on eBay and Amazon. We can see a big opportunity for being able to optimize and refine what we do by using Channable to help improve performance on those marketplace channels.” Channable has built-in integrations to dozens of online marketplaces, and feed templates for thousands of online advertising channels.
Ultimately, Channable has helped us save a whole lot of time, generate a lot more revenue for all of our clients and improve the ROAS across all their accounts.
