Download sections of your items as CSV

The rules within Channable work hierarchically. With every rule you create, you exclude, filter or modify items. Per rule, you can check which items are selected. These selected items are not only manipulated by the rule you are in at that moment but by any rule that is above the rule you are working in. This hierarchy is important to keep in mind if you download the CSV list of selected items.

Here are some ideas of what you could do with the download:

1. Optimize your website Imagine you want to see which items are missing a certain field (image, description, etc.). This is an easy way to export all “faulty” products and optimize them right away.


2. Share insights with other departments If you want to share certain values, missing fields, images or in general data of certain items with other departments, this is the perfect way to collect the data, download it, and share it. As a result, every colleague can use the data without needing to access Channable.
