How does Channable’s pricing work?

Our subscriptions are based on the package you select (determined by the number of items, projects, and channels you need in Channable) and the Core plan you choose (Standard, Plus, or Pro). You can also add additional modules.

Channable subscription = package (e.g. Medium business = 5K items, 2 projects, 6 channels) + Core plan (e.g. Core Plus) + additional module plans (e.g. Marketplaces Standard).

How does the free trial work?

With the Channable free trial, you can set up an account, add your data, and test out how you can use Channable. There is no time limit for a free trial. However, to activate channels and share your product data with them, you require a paid Channable subscription.

How is pricing calculated if I need to upgrade or downgrade my plan in the middle of the month?

We invoice in advance, which means that you will receive an invoice from Channable on the 20th of each month for the next month. If you need to upgrade or downgrade your plan, make sure to make this change before the 20th of the month. Learn more about managing your subscription.

Can I cancel my Channable subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but you need to cancel before the 20th of the current month to avoid being billed for the next month. Learn more about managing your subscription and check our Terms and Conditions.

Are there any limitations on data usage in each plan?

Yes, your data usage is limited to the package you choose in your subscription. If you go over your usage limit without adjusting your subscription, we will automatically upgrade your Channable subscription.
