  1. This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data when using the Service. We will not share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

  2. We use your Personal Data for providing and improving the Service. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible at the Service.

Information collection

  1. While using our Service, we may gather or ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact, identify and invoice you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, bank account number, and other information (above and hereafter: "Personal Data").

  2. We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

  3. In addition, we may use Third Party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this information, including Personal Data, in order to increase our Service's functionality. These Third Party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

  4. When you use our Site, we may receive Personal Data about you from Third Parties through authorization that you may have provided to the Third Party for sharing such information with us. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account, an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the Third Party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that Third-Party service. For example, while using our Site for receiving our MCC invites for Google Ads connection, we ask for Google log-in and OAuth consent for Google Ads. On successful authentication, Google will pass information with your consent about your use of its requested service to us. Here, we request the Client Customer IDs of the Google Ads accounts that the user can access.

Where a customer subscribes to our Service for their online store, system or platform, they are able to retrieve Personal Data from consumers and/or businesses from their account(s) at online marketplaces or platforms as, but not limited to, Amazon and eBay. When an order has been placed at such a marketplace or platform, we collect and store the order data (including Personal Data) to collectively send it to the system or platform of our customers.
