Wish integration

Wish, created in 2013, is a mobile marketplace with 10 million daily active shoppers that offers an engaging experience suited to mobile devices. In 2017, Wish was the 6th largest eCommerce company in the world, and in that same year it opened a European head office in Amsterdam.

Wish is different than other marketplaces, because other marketplaces are usually search based, while Wish uses data to proactively recommend products to customers. When customers register on the Wish shop they have to provide their gender, age and location. Wish takes this data and shows recommended products to the customers. These recommendations become even more relevant over time because Wish also keeps track and anticipates the browsing and buying history of the customers.

Where are my product listings displayed with Wish?

Product listings on the Wish shop are displayed very visually. They have individual fields with an image, price and information about how many people already bought the product. Additional product information and shipping information can be found when a customer clicks on the product image. People can also leave reviews for your products and include their own pictures.

Your relevant product listings are automatically put on these apps, enhancing their exposure!

How can I send my product listings to Wish?

  1. Create a Channable account

    Creating an account takes seconds, just sign up with your name and email address.

  2. Import your product feed

    Connect your eCommerce platform to Channable using our plugins, product feed or API. Is your eCommerce platform not listed? No problem, import your products using an XML, CSV or text file. If you have a different type of file, don’t worry, just contact us and we will look for an alternative way to upload your product feed.

  3. Add the Wish API

    The simplicity of the Channable tool enables you to connect to Wish in minutes. In order to do so, just click on the ‘APIs’ tab and add Wish as a new API. A connection with Wish will enable you to automate your online sales process saving you time and money. Do not waste any time, start now!

  4. Create rules

    After you have connected with Wish, the next step is creating rules to optimize your product data for the best results possible. This involves using our IF-THEN statements which are designed to create rules with ease. You can do almost anything with these rules, for instance, excluding the products that are out of stock so they will not show up online, adding custom fields and much more.

  5. Build your product listings

    Building product listings with Channable is effortless. At the ‘Build’ phase, the plus button allows you to indicate which fields you want to fill in the listing with. This template is based on the Wish specifications to ensure that no mistakes are made and that everything looks just like you intend it to.

  6. Send your product listings to Wish

    Almost there, sending your products does not take more than a few minutes. When you’ve finished building your product listings and adjusting your API, just send them with the click of the ‘Run now’ button in the APIs overview. Make sure your project is activated (you can do that in the ‘Settings’ tab).
