How do I get my products on Facebook

  2. Import your product datafeed
    The Channable platform supports CSV files, RSS feeds and XML feeds. Just select the type of file you would like to import from from the options available. If you have a different type of file, don’t worry, just contact us and we will add it for you.
  3. Add Facebook as a channel
    In order to export your product, first you would have to add Facebook as a channel. Don’t worry it’s very easy! To do that just head over to the ‘Channels’ tab and ‘add new channel’. How to add your product feed to Facebook?

After optimizing your specific Facebook datafeed in Channable, you can upload this feed in Facebook. First of all you need to create a Facebook Business Manager account, which can be done easily over here.

When you created your Facebook Business account you’ll see the next interface, where you can open your “Product Catalogues” to add your datafeed.

For the people who didn’t upload a product catalogue yet, they’ll see the next screen. Just click on add product catalogue and you can easily follow the four steps where Facebook redirects you to.

When you added a product catalogue, you’ll see the interface as below, where you can manage your product feeds, add people or assign partners. To add a datafeed you can click on the button ‘add product feed’.

You’re almost there, you just need to fill out this last form and you’re ready to start advertising on Facebook. Fill out the next fields:

  • Feed name: name of your shop
  • Feed URL: link of the feed you created in Channable
  • Upload frequency: daily
